Terms of Use

Effective: October 23, 2026

These are the ground rules for using onairnews11.com. Using the site means you're okay with them. If you're not, that's fine — just don't use the site. We may tweak these over time; the "Effective" date shows the current version.

What this site is

On Air News 11 is an independent digital news and press-release platform for the United States. We gather publicly available headlines, show the weather, and publish press releases sent to us. We operate independently, and we're not connected to any government body.

The headlines you see

The news headlines come from a third-party news API. For each one we show a headline, a short snippet, a photo, and the outlet's name — and every one links back to the original story. We never copy or rewrite the article itself; it stays the property of whoever published it.

The releases we publish

Press releases are written by the people who submit them, not by us. We're the distribution channel — we don't fact-check or endorse what's in them. If you submit one, you're telling us you have the right to publish it and that it's lawful, accurate, and not misleading. We can format, decline, or remove any submission.

Playing fair

Don't try to break the site, scrape it with bots, resell its content, or use it for anything illegal. The On Air News 11 name, logo, and our own words and design belong to us; the headlines and releases belong to their owners.

The fine print

The site is provided "as is." We do our best, but we can't promise it will always be up, error-free, or perfectly accurate, and to the extent the law allows we're not on the hook for indirect or knock-on losses from using it. These terms are governed by U.S. law.
